Amy Ziff is a healthy living advocate who believes in the power of nature for healthier living. By applying an ecosystem approach to life and fostering our connections to the natural world around us, we can tap in to our resilience.

In the United States, by the numbers, we are a sick, depressed, obese and over-burdened lot. While the conventional medical system focuses on the disease state looking to provide a pill for every ill, we’ve completely farmed out all responsibility for our health.

It’s time to take back our health. We have the capacity to heal. We can become healthier by making simple lifestyle choices that carry big rewards when it comes to our well-being.
